Milwaukie Portland Lodge #142 is one of the largest privately owned buildings in the nation, with a 63,000 square foot building housed on 5.7 acres on McLoughlin Boulevard. We are next to the Trimet Light Rail parking garage. Our 3 story building has something for every member of the family including a Jr. size Olympic swimming pool, 8 lane bowling alley (opening soon), full athletic facilities, two large dance floors with two stages, main bar, sports bar, card room, huge picnic area, RV park area and plenty of parking.
Our mission statement is to inculcate the principles of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love and Fidelity; to recognize a belief in God; to promote the welfare and enhance the happiness of its Members; to quicken the spirit of American patriotism; to cultivate good fellowship; to perpetuate itself as a fraternal organization, and to provide for its government, the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America.
